Terms of Service
When commissioning I assume you have read and agreed to the terms below. Paying invoices indicates you read and agreed to these terms.
1. Before Commissioning
1.1 Health
Though this is my job, I am only human, and I must put my health first. Updates are given on my commission discord when something will for certain cause significant delays. However sometimes working can be hard to do mentally and physically. Please keep this in mind.

1.2 Workflow
I do not entirely do my commissions in the order they are received. I do however try to keep priority on older ones. This may affect when your commission will be started. However after a commission has been started, I focus on it.

1.3 Professionalism
I do my best to keep a semi-professional attitude. I like to still try to keep the atmosphere somewhat casual however. If I am coming off as too casual or unprofessional please let me know.

1.4 Response time
If you message me about a commission, WIP, question or update, please give me time to respond. I usually try to respond within a day. I sometimes will read messages and forget to respond. If I haven't responded after the first day, please just nudge me. My responses may also be shorter or take longer to recieve while I am working.

1.5 Limits
Be sure to understand where my limits are for what I'll draw. If you are unsure if I will draw something, ask.

1.5.1 Pushing
If I state that I will not draw something, do not attempt to get me to draw it anyway. Even if you think it doesn't fall under one of the things I won't draw, I still may consider it as such. This includes trying to guilt trip or bribe me.

1.6 Behavior
If your behavior makes it difficult to work with you, stresses me out, or you begin to insult me I will cancel your commission, and refund the applicable amount.

2. Commissioning

2.1 References
Have references ready for the character(s) involved, as well as any potential posing you may want. References for characters must be one of the following; detailed descriptions, as well as any pictures or colors you'd like them to have, reference sheets, or images of the character. If you have a reference sheet with shading, please provide a version without it. Heavily shaded references, especially for heavily designed characters, may cause your commission to be declined. Posing, scene, and angle references (if applicable) can be anything from a small description, to full out images, go as detailed as you feel necessary.

2.2 Deadlines
If commissioning a piece that you need by a specific date, you must disclose it with me. Deadlines, when 3 weeks or closer, have a potential to add a fee to the commission, this fee is found with my prices and only considers week days. If a Deadline is not disclosed to me, or agreed upon, I am not held responsible for it being missed. Discounts will not be applied to rush fees.

2.3 Uploading
If you'd like me to not upload your piece, or avoid uploading it to certain sites,
please inform me of such! I currently upload to Deviantart, Furaffinity, Facebook, Newgrounds, Weasyl, Pixiv, Twitter, Tumblr, Discord, Inkbunny and Patreon. Your WIP's may also be shared with my Patrons. They do not receive the raw files for commissions however.

2.4 Character owners
Though not required, I request that I am informed of at least one account each character owner may be found on, including the site. This is so I may properly credit them as the character owner! If they prefer to remain anonymous, do not have an internet presence, or I am not informed of any usernames, I may put the owner down as "Unknown" or "???" unless told to do otherwise.
3. Payment
3.1 How to Pay
I accept payment through Paypal invoice and Deviantart Points sent through the commission widget. Other payment methods may be discussed. Payments will be made in USD.
3.2 When to Pay
Payment must be done in full before work begins. Payment must be done within 24 hours af invoice being sent unless otherwise stated. If payment is not received in that time your commission slot will no longer be held for you. Meaning if someone else commissions after 24 hours has passed and you had the last slot, the other commissioner will take that slot and you won't be able to commission till a new one is free. If you will be paying on a later date, you must disclose this. I will hold a slot for you for up to a week as long as it's disclosed to me when you'll be paying. I'll still send the invoice the day details are talked over however.

3.3 Payment Plans
Payment plans may be accepted if the price is high enough. Work will not begin until at least half of the total has been received, in which case I may produce a sketch. Payment dates will be discussed and agreed upon. If the first payment is missed three times, the commission will be cancelled. Failure to pay payments after the first will result in your commission being held. Refunds are not available with payment plans.
3.3 Refunds
Refunds are available until I have started the last stage of a commission. Refund amounts scale with how complete a commission is. You may not get a full refund if I have started your commission and can immediately show proof of such. Refunds are available if the issue is with me or the product, NOT for personal occurrences.
3.3.1 Refund amounts
-
Colored sketches lose 50% per stage
-
Flat colored lose 35% per stage
-
Shaded lose 25% per stage
4. Process

4.1 General Updates
Updates on any delays to my work are given through my commission discord server. Failing to join the server will result in you missing out on said updates if you do not contact me for them. Please refrain from asking for updates before 1 week has passed.
4.2 Queue
I have two queues that you may use to keep track of my work load, your placement in my queue, and where I am in other commissions. I may not work on my commissions in complete order, but these will still give you an idea on where you are in my work load. Both of these queues are linked in my discord server, on my website, and with my price sheets.

4.3 Work in Progresses
Progress is shown, at minimum, for every stage of a commission. These will always be sent to you privately. Excess WIP's may be shown if I need confirmation on part of the commission, or alterations have been requested. I will not continue work until the most recent WIP has been approved.

4.4 Alterations
Alterations must be asked for at appropriate stages. Alterations to full poses, or the entire piece must be made before work has begun. Smaller posing changes, such as an arm, as well as expressions must be made during the sketching stage. Colors or marking fixes must be made before shading takes place. Changes requested after their respected stages may result in a fee, determined by how big of a change it is, and how late in the process it's being done.
5. Completion

5.1 Receiving Finished Product
When the product is finished, I will send a direct link to the file or send you the image. Which method the product is received depends on the platform it's being
commissioned on.
5.2 Uploading
If you upload the commissioned piece, be sure to credit me.
5.3 Altering my work
Do not edit my work, or have others "finish" it. Alterations to my work may only be done privately to show me fixes and changes you want me to do, These alterations are not to be uploaded, or shown to those outside of the commission.
5.3.1 Reference Alterations
If you get a reference from me and change your character's design in some way, you may come to me to get these alterations added. Small alterations, like markings can be done for free, and will be done as quickly as possible. Alterations that require the linework to be altered will cost a fee, and will be put onto my queue. It will still have higher priority however. Please note that I can not uphold this if I have lost the file in some way, or it's been long enough that altering it will not look good due to style changes. If I am not able to alter the reference, you may not get it altered by someone else.
Breaking these terms may result in you being black listed from commissioning me in the future, as well as your commission being terminated.
